1. Service Agreements

All security services (guards, patrols, consultations) require a signed contract outlining scope, duration, and fees. Verbal agreements are not binding. Services may be modified with 48-hour written notice.

2. ABST Training Enrollment

• Full payment ($99) required before course access
• No refunds after materials are issued
• Rescheduling fee: $25 (72+ hours notice)

3. Legal Document Services

• Notarization ($20/document) valid only when signed in our presence
• Process serving attempts limited to 3 per address (additional attempts billed hourly)

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Invoices due within 15 days (2% late fee/month)
• 50% non-refundable deposit for armed guard deployments
• Weather-related cancellations rebooked at no charge

5. Governing Law

These terms adhere to Alberta’s Security Services and Investigators Act and Notaries and Commissioners Act. Disputes resolved in Calgary courts.
