We typically deploy licensed security personnel within 24-48 hours of request. For urgent situations, we offer emergency placements in under 12 hours for clients in Calgary and immediate surrounding areas (Airdrie, Chestermere). Our rapid response is possible because we maintain a roster of 50+ pre-screened guards with various specializations (construction sites, healthcare, corporate). All guards arrive uniformed, equipped with radios, and briefed on your specific site requirements. We conduct a free security assessment first to determine optimal guard numbers, shifts, and required certifications (including armed guards when necessary).
Our $99 Alberta Basic Security Training stands out through: 1) Flexible formats (weekend in-person classes in NE Calgary or online self-paced options), 2) Instructor expertise (Pritpal Singh has certified 1,200+ guards since 2018), and 3) Career support (free job placement assistance with 35+ partner security companies). The 40-hour course exceeds provincial requirements by including bonus modules on crisis de-escalation and report writing. For every process serving attempt, we provide: 1) Timestamped GPS documentation of the visit, 2) Photographic evidence (where legally permissible), and 3) A detailed affidavit of service including recipient descriptions, witness statements, and door tags left. Our armed personnel complete additional 80-hour Alberta firearms certification and biannual requalification training. Deployment requires: 1) A site risk assessment, 2) Municipal permits (we handle paperwork), and 3) $2 million liability insurance proof (provided). Costs start at $45/hour with 8-hour shift minimums. We service Calgary, Edmonton, and Fort McMurray with armed teams, coordinating directly with local law enforcement when required.
100% of our guards hold current Alberta Occupational First Aid Level 2 (or higher for healthcare clients). We exceed requirements by providing annual recertification and trauma kit training. Guards assigned to construction sites or remote locations receive additional: 1) CPR/AED certification, 2) Overdose response training, and 3) Mental health first aid. Our in-house paramedic consultant updates protocols biannually. Clients receive copies of all medical certifications during onboarding, and we maintain a $5 million liability policy specifically covering first aid interventions.
